No, and this is the thing people worry about most. Your domain stays the same, every page you already rank for gets rebuilt at the same address, and anything that has to move gets a redirect pointing the old address at the new one. Google reads that as “same page, new home,” not as a new site. In practice rankings usually go up, because the new site loads in about a second on a phone and the old one didn’t.

Yes. We build the finished site and send you the link, and you pay nothing to look at it. If you don’t like it, you say so and that’s the end of it — no deposit to lose, no invoice, no hard feelings. We’d rather eat the time on the ones that don’t land than talk anybody into a site they don’t want.

Then we’re comparing. We build the new one and you put them side by side on your phone. If yours wins, keep it — it cost you nothing to find out. Most of the sites we replace were built a decade ago or are rented from a company charging $200 a month.

Then you still have everything, because none of it is in our name. The domain is registered to you, the hosting account is yours, and the site’s code sits on your account — not rented from us, not locked in a platform we control. Any other developer could pick the whole thing up on Monday. That is the difference between owning a site and renting one.

You do, in your name, from day one. If we part ways you take all of it with you. Plenty of shops rent you a website and after five years of payments you own nothing. That is not what this is.

$97 a month, and that is the only number. There is no build fee, no deposit and no setup charge. The monthly covers the site, hosting, updates, edits and fixes whenever you need them. It starts when you approve the finished site, and you can cancel any time. A working website for under $100.

That’s normal and it isn’t a problem. Send us whatever is on your phone — job site shots, the truck, finished work, even the ones you think are bad. If there isn’t enough, we’ll write you a shot list: eight or ten specific photos, what to point at and when to shoot them, all on your phone in an afternoon. We’d rather use your real work than stock photos of somebody else’s.

You get a live link in 7 days or less. Most sites are live inside two weeks from the first call — and the gap is usually waiting on photos or a domain login, not build time.
