What we collect and why.

What we collect

When you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, phone number, business name and current website so we can call you. When you send a referral, we collect your name and phone and the referred business's name and phone. Our hosting provider, Vercel, collects anonymous page analytics: pages viewed, device type, country. No cookies are used for that.

What we do with it

We use it to call you back, build your site, and run the referral program. We don't sell it, rent it or share it with anyone except the services we need to operate: Calendly for booking, Vercel for hosting and analytics, and our email provider for sending you mail.

Texting

If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your booking or your site. Reply STOP to any text to stop.

Your client site

If we build your site, the quote form on it sends leads to your inbox. We keep a copy only as long as needed to make sure it was delivered.

Deleting your data

Email support@gildenrose.com and we'll delete what we hold about you within 30 days.
