The deal in one paragraph

We build your website before you pay anything. If you like it, it goes live and you pay $97 a month. There is no build fee, no deposit and no contract term. Cancel whenever you want. When you cancel, the site comes down. Your domain name stays yours.

What's included

A custom website with a page for each of your services. Hosting, security and software updates. Changes to the site whenever you need them. Your Google Business Profile set up and pointed at the site. A quote form that sends leads to your email. Phone-first design that loads in under two seconds.

What's not included

New builds beyond the original site, major redesigns, custom software, paid advertising, and anything not listed above. We quote these before we start, and only if you ask.

Payment

$97 a month, billed monthly in advance, starting the day your site goes live. If a payment fails we'll let you know and give you 14 days to sort it out before the site is paused.

Cancelling

Cancel any time by email or text. No fee, no notice period. Your site comes down at the end of the month you've paid for.

You're renting the website, not buying it. That's the trade for paying nothing to build it. The site, its code and its hosting stay with Gilden Rose. If you want to buy the site outright, ask and we'll quote it.

Your domain

Your domain name is registered in your name from day one. You own it, you keep it when you leave, and you can point it anywhere you like.

Your content

Your photos, logo, reviews and business information are yours. We use them only on your site and in our own portfolio, where we may show your site as an example of our work. Tell us if you'd rather we didn't.

Existing agreements

If you signed an agreement with Gilden Rose before these terms were published, your signed agreement applies until you and we agree otherwise.
